We enjoyed or stay here. Sir Aki and Ate rachel were very accommodating. Sunsets are very beautiful here and the location of the villa gave us a perfect view of the beach and sunset. The villa is clean and cute. The villa is equipped with everything you might need. It has wifi, complete kitchen stuff, A/C rooms, 2 bathrooms, etc. The talipapa is walking distance as well. There’s a couple of beach bars you can walk to as well. Its a very quiet neighborhood and perfect for relaxation and chill vibes. We got a boat to take us to the other side if the beach. Its got white sand and some small orange jellyfishes. I panicked when I saw one swimming towards me but our guide told us they dont sting so that was quite an experience. We got back around 6pm and there was still a bit of sunlight so we all went for a dip once more tik sundown. It was great! Seawater is pretty lukewarm to warm, actually.

This was my second time staying at Rest Terraces Transient House, and once again, it went above and beyond my expectations! The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well-organized, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Baguio. What stands out the most is the hospitality of the hosts. They are incredibly kind and accommodating! Communication with them was a breeze, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely be booking with them again on my next trip to Baguio. I would highly recommend Rest Terraces to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay while in the city!

The place is set up very well. Our kids stayed upstairs and us parents had our own separate place downstairs. The rooms are a decent size. There is a loungey small garden area as well as a bonfire area, and the view is amazing. The hosts and the service is amazing, very accommodating with their 24hr service and all our needs were met including laundry, transportation, replacing the water dispenser bottle, and even setting up the bonfire. As for Baguio, this was our first time visiting here and we love the windy and chilly climate (very much like San Francisco weather, where we're from), and it's a good change from the Manila heat. We very much enjoyed our stay here and looking forward to coming back.

Want to thanks the hosts, extremely nice and proactive. They welcomed us with great hospitality and made aure we felt comfortable and right at home. It's a really really worth it stay. Got lucky we were able to book the house, even if it's new here at booking.com. But it was the best decision!

Place is very nice, clean and homy, perfect for family and group activities, with bedrooms enough to accommodate my big family :) Complete kitchen and dining wares! Owner Bernadette is helpful and considerate, accommodating our requests and needs. Place is near Baguio city center with access to local transportation. We will come back and stay again. Highly recommended!
