Comfortabel, nicely fitted and decorated house. Great view from the property. Closed terrain which suits for people with dogs. Parking just in front of the house. Place to make fire pit and barbecue. From the house nice walking opportunity. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice house equipped with everything we needed. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Nice garden with view to the mountains, easy parking, good instructions. We didn´t meet the owner but she answered quickly all our questions and when the kettle broke, she was able to get us a new one within a day. Really a lot of great things to visit within a half an hour of driving (swimming, mountains, cablecars, castles and ruins, lovely gardens, dinopark...). We haven´t managed to see all we were interested in within a week.

Super nice Location, in the middle of nature and all comfort you need. River behind the house with swimming Option. The house is clean and the kitchen is perfect. Bath clean. No wifi, but for a Trip in deep lovely nature there is no Need for it

    Amazing spot. The snowy Karkonosze main range is reflected in the Sosnówka water reservoir, and you can see the picturesque village church spires. You can go for a slow walk on the southern sunny meadows and reach the Henryk's Castle landmark. The house itself felt to me very cosy and relaxing.
