We were very happy with our stay. It was a quiet location but close to everything which was perfect to explore the island. The house was spotless, had all the amenities necessary and we very much enjoyed our barbecue evenings (the wood was also provided which was a plus!). Overall, 10/10 and will stay here again.

We liked the area. It was peaceful and quiet, but it was easy enough to catch a bus to Funchal. Mike, the manager, was very helpful and kind. We liked the apartment, which had everything we needed and we enjoyed using the pool.

I spent a week in Madeira at the end of April, travelled solo. I looked for accomodation close to Funchal, but out of the city, so I choosed Suites Pinto Coelho. The double comforted, traditionally furnished house located close to Cristo Rei has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable even for cooking. The property had everything I needed, it was relaxing to chill by the pool in the nicely maintained garden. Fucnhal easely can be reached by bus, bus stop can be found close to the entrance of the house, accessible by a secret gateway. :) Food store, bars, coffee shops and restaurants are available in the close vicinity. The house runs by Teresa, a kind and helpful lady. She was like my mother during my stay, she wanted always be sure that I have everything to feel myself the best. She even provided me with coffee capsules, snacks, fruits and some water and she offered me spectacular programs. Without her assistance my stay wouldn't be as perfect as it was.

Our stay was fantastic. The views from the garden looking out over the sea was exceptional and you could spend hours out here! The house itself is incredibly spacious - the pictures don't do it justice. We only wished we could stay here longer! Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! From the moment we arrived, Sara gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, and the highlight was definitely the jacuzzi on the terrace! The kids absolutely loved the inflatable toys and games provided, which kept them entertained for hours. And let’s not forget the cozy hammock, perfect for unwinding with a good book (from the personal library of Sara) or simply enjoying the surroundings. This place had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation, and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay with kids!

    Lovely Tania and Celio received us with a basketful of veggies freshly cut in the fields surrounding the villa, situated high above the sea, giving an amazing view of the ocean in a sound of birds and silence, almost unreal knowing the airport is at only 10 km (15 min) and the highway at 2 km (2 min). The villa is fully equipped and decorated with taste. The beds, bathroom, kitchen are perfect. Tania and Celio are available for 24/7 support.
