Nice house, excellent communication, nice area. Close to Cetes Cidades and Ponta Delgades. And Very close to Feraria, the warm natural pool in the sea! We liked it a lot! Very friendly owner, we had a very good time at the house and at Sao Miguel, calm neighbourhood but nearby to the hotspots, we had a very good sleep.

Villa Anna Splendid Sunset Ocean Front is a true paradise on earth. From the very first glance off the terrace, we were left breathless – the ocean stretches endlessly before you, and every evening it transforms into a living canvas of the most magnificent sunsets one could ever imagine. Mornings began with gentle yoga on the terrace, with nothing but the sound of waves and the feeling of a new day being born with fresh energy. A swim in the saltwater pool felt like bathing in the sea itself, yet in complete privacy and comfort. Each day we looked forward to Anna’s breakfast – not just a meal, but an experience prepared with love, setting the tone for the entire day. Alex became our invaluable guide – his tips and advice led us to places and moments we would never have discovered on our own. And then came the evenings… moments when we sank into a lounge chair and simply gazed at the stars as they lit up over the ocean. It was a time of pure peace, harmony, and connection with this magical place. Villa Anna is not just accommodation – it is an experience that etches itself deep into your heart. And it is one of the very few places where we can honestly say: we will most certainly return.

This is a wonderful family-owned property that was just completed. We stayed in t he large three bedroom villa (just two of us). The location is perfect. We never drove more than 45 mins and we could reach every area of the island. Maria, the GM, went above and beyond - Stocking the fridge before arrival, checking in on us via whatsapp. She is exceptional. Her father is a lovely man also and we got to know both of them a bit during our stay. If you are a photographer, you will enjoy the wildlife photography and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The house was super well-equipped : we had all the kitchen tools necessary for cooking, even saran wrap and tupperwares for the leftovers! The beds were super comfortable with air con remotes in every room to adjust the temperature. We were traveling with a baby and toddler - there were blocks and little farm animals to play with, comfy couches as well. The host was very reactive when we had questions about the town (asking about food delivery) as well as issues during the stay (stove was not working, they fixed it within the hour). We had so many towels, beach or shower, and dishclothes for the dishes! There are never enough in those places usually, so this was a super plus for us.

Casa Cayenne is such a cozy and great place to stay at, it is really close to Ponta Delgada center by car, and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Plus it's on a pineapple greenhouse plantation, making it super unique! The garden on site from which you can pick herbs and salad is a really great addition, as is the pineapple culture tour given by Luis. Luis and Noelia are such great hosts, super welcoming ! Communication was fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few days on Sao Miguel Island.

Absolutely great and spacious accommodation, newly equipped. Parking is behind the house, in the surroundings there is a shop and a restaurant. Ideal base for exploring the island. The host Pedro is great, he was happy to advise and even gifted us with some local products. We will be happy to come back. :)

The house is wonderful: beautiful, well located to visit the island, it has all the comforts one can think of and it has just been renewed. We really enjoyed staying there. Ana and Ricardo were always available and kind. The kitchen is big and super equipped with everything you can think of.

Ana is a wonderful host. She is responsive, warm and such a beautiful, generous and gracious person. She takes care of her guests in such an authentic way. Ana's husband and daughter are so charming . We felt so much at home and I miss Ana already. The apartment is in a historical estate of Ana's family with beautiful gardens and a private chapel. The apartment is spacious, carefully designed with attention to the period of the estate and has beautiful restored furniture. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms moden and bright. There is plenty of relaxation and storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a basket of Azorean food which was so kind. There was also oil, vinegar , salt, coffee, tea, and spices. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and impeccable. We were very sad to leave. We recommend highly..

    Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Great base for exploring Sete Cidades and The coastline. The village is very quiet but there is a cafe, pizzaria and small supermarket within walking distance. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions. Very kind of them to provide bread, jam, tea and coffee. Great stay!

    The villa is amazing, well kept traditional style, clean and comfortable, beds are really comfy, washing machine avaliable and drying area no need to carry too much clothes , only 5 minutes away close to supermarket and some traditional restaurants and only 1p minutes away from sete cidades.
