Villas in Ljubljana

Lively owner that helped us with absolutely everything and was one of the sweetest owners i’ve ever met. Would recommend again.

From outside house look very small, that inside is all you need. 2 big beds ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. There is air condition, washing and dry machine, dishwasher, TV, cooker MW oven.

Great space for a family of four, with beautiful garden, cosy surroundings and some view of the lake. Nice starting point for going to either Bled, triglav national park or Ljubljana.

Cute little house. Very well equipped. Fantastic location close to Ljubljana but surrounded by nature. Very friendly host. The bar at the lake and the restaurant in the next village are great as well.

Everything was perfect! The cottage is brand new, well equipped to cook. And the view is amazing. Moreover, the host are super nice and helpful!

Nature is magnificent, perfect getaway from city. On spot restaurant, horseback ridding, pet friendly.

We have booked the River Houses for a friend's group of 14 men in total and that was just about the perfect accomodation for us. Since the two houses and also the small bungalow are directly connected it rather felt like one big house instead of separate ones. Hence I highly recommend it for groups. Our hosts were unbelievable friendly and super welcoming. They more that tried to do their best to make our sray as comfortable as possible. They fullfilled every request and they even allowed us to already check-in very early while they the houses were still being cleaned. Though they lived in one of the houses themselves they had absolutely no problem with us staying wake until late at night while drinking beer, listening to music and playing poker. The accomodation itself has all of the standard equipment and the beds are very comfortable. With the small pool outside you also have a great possibily to cool down when the sun is shining and causing high temperature. We also booked a private boat tour with their house boat, which was amazing. While the son and the father drove us along the river into the direction of Ljubljana's old town we could have a our self organized barbecue with drinks and beer on the boat. That was an amazing highlight for an extremely fair price, especially considering that we booked that spontaneously. The houses are also located quite near to the center of Ljubljana so that going there by Taxi is no big deal. All in all we highly recommend to book the River Houses and we would personally come back here any time.

Peter could not have been more helpful or kind - nothing was too much trouble. He gave us helpful tips on where to eat, taxis etc etc
