We were met on time by exceptionally friendly staff. Our villa was spotless and kitted to the max - a full kitchenette, including a washing machine, which is a real plus in Thailand. Freshly cleaned and made up every day with a perfect sized pool to dip in. We had delicious welcome snacks on arrival, and though we didn’t take them up on the offer, you can order a floating breakfast. However, the true standout for me, was a staff member named RoAuh. I twisted my ankle really badly when out in Ao Nong, and we asked for him to collect us. He stopped at a pharmacy, and was even sweet enough to buy us coconut jelly. He embodies the Thai spirit of friendliness and hospitality, and made the rest of our stay in Thailand possible. I’ll never ever forget Krabi, or my first trip to Thailand because of RoAuh. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hello House! The staff is very nice and willing to help with everything. The bed is big and much more comfortable than other beds in Thailand. And the location, in the city centre of Krabi, is great. If you cannot sleep with noise of a fridge or the streets, then it's wise to bring some ear plugs.

Everything you need is in this villa. The couch is very confortable and very spacious to sleep on. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The surroundings are calm and it is not that far away from Ao Nang. The villa is amazing. It has a great view from the living room and the bedroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is a little bit away from the main streets which allowed us to relax and have some calm moments away from all of the noises. The private pool in which you can get whenever you want leaves no comments- it is just simply great. This is exactly what we were looking for and we highly recommend it for couples. The fact that you have to climb up the hill to get there is just a normal thing, you can’t avoid it to have a great view and calm area. The owner and the person who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful, they answered all of our questions and recommended nice restaurants. We ordered the floating breakfast from the hotel above - it was not so much choice in terms of the dietary requirements but it was a very fun experience so it was 100% worth it. 😊

We are a family of 5 and arrived 2am, kids were hungry and we were grateful to find essentials like drinking water , eggs bread milk and fruits in the fridge.

The location of the property is as described with all the possible views from the property. The villas are newly built with modern architecture and all modern facilties. It indeed was a great value for money and highly appreciate the family who runs the villas. They were so kind generous and went above and beyond in looking after us.our stay with them was very comfortable and we would definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning clean villas with gorgeous views. The lady is absolutely lovely and so helpful. This is possibly the nicest place i have ever stayed in Thailand. I could live there forever, so peaceful, away from the chaos and a few restaurants nearby, mini mart over the road. Pier to get to railay beach is so close and cost 100 bhat. Everything you need and more. Loved it!

We had an amazing stay at BeachHouse Pool Villas Krabi. The villa was very comfortable and elegant. Having the private pool for us was incredible. The villas are truly beachfront and there is a beach bar very near to eat and drink something. The beach in front of the hotel is great for swimming and spending the day there. The staff at the villa were great and prepared a delicious vegan breakfast specially for us. They showed us and recommended near places to visit. I would definitely come back again, we had a beautiful stay. Thank you!
