wonderful stay in this brand new villa. in the heart of the beautiful residence close to the city center of Lamai. The villa is really comfortable, the outdoor shower is a big plus. the terrace is superb with the swimming pool, we are delighted with our stay and we will come back! the welcome was warm and the communication is very good. The host was able to advise us on activities on Koh Samui and had a scooter delivered directly to the villa. Electricity is at the government price and that did not bother us

We booked the villa spontaneously for two nights, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. Everything about our stay was exceptional, making it a truly memorable experience. The villa itself is stunning: incredibly spacious, with three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each featuring high-quality furniture, luxurious linens, and immaculately clean bathrooms equipped with top-notch fixtures. Each bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom, complete with a stylish bathtub. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable—every piece of decor has been carefully chosen to create a warm and elegant ambiance. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The infinity pool was the highlight of the property. The water was clean, warm, and refreshing—a perfect place to relax. The views from the pool were simply breathtaking, as the villa is perched on a hill, offering panoramic vistas that make you feel like you’re on top of the world. It’s an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of a typical hotel. The villa is part of a well-maintained complex, and the staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and fluent in English, welcoming us with warm smiles and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Breakfast was prepared in the villa’s fully-equipped kitchen each morning, with great care, and it was absolutely delicious. We appreciated the convenient transfer service provided by the villa, which included a new and very comfortable SUV for both our pick-up from the port and our transfer to the airport. While the property doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, this was not an issue at all. There are several reliable food delivery apps that bring meals to the villa promptly. Additionally, there are some excellent restaurants nearby if you prefer dining out.

Stayed here a few times on trips to Samui. Ranging from the higher end places to the cheaper places and all of them were great. This place was the cheaper end, had a kitchen and lounge area, out side terrace with seating and table. Dryer rack for clothes. Air-conditioning worked well. Only a few minute walk to the beach. Would recommend a scooter to get around. Definitely recommend Aforetime properties. Owner is extremely helpful.

Absolute secret tip!!The stay at villa coco was the highlight of my trip. The villa is brand new with a unique design and a lot of attention to details. It is a super high quality place and the host was very accommodating and I could even arrange special services. We decided to have a private dinner there that night and the staff arranged everything. The place is super clean and good located. I also liked that the pool is a saltwater pool and has a jacuzzi function. I can definitely recommend staying here as the value for money is insane! Will come back, thank you for the amazing experience!

I would definitely stay here again if we return to Koh Samui. The room was clean and spacious, and the owner, along with the staff, was kind and helpful. They assisted us whenever needed. There’s a bike rental and laundry service right outside the resort. The location in Lamai is excellent, with a walkable area and great surroundings.

    The views from the villa are stunning and it is set in a peaceful location, 2 mins drive / 10 minutes walk from a great little beach with bar (Google "Cool Bar Koh Samui") but only 15 minutes drive into the local resort. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped - the kitchen has everything you need and there's some beach / pool bits and pieces too. The free car is invaluable and we used it every day. The hosts (Nuy and Eddie) are incredibly helpful and always available at the end of the phone if needed.

    The layout of the villa would be ideal for two couples. The pool and outdoor area were superb, with the “moat” containing both fish and turtles. the fully equipped living area with a washing machine. The short walk down to the beach and the only local bar and restaurant. The pick up and drop off by David - the owner - with a stop at The Family Mart on the way through.

    Staf was very frendly, it looked like you book mini hotel and everything you needed you cаn get contacting to manager, any foods, fruits, drinks, ice cream, champagne, lunch and dinner from the best restaurants... also she organize for us the best thai massage on the villa. Manager Oon (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) she is very nice person. If you prefer a quiet relaxing holiday it is the Best place. There own beach almost people do not pass at all.
