Great little resort with only 8 rooms. Total quietness and privacy, really good breakfast and restaurant, only 100 meters to the beach. Yoga lessons by the owner for free. Great staff. Would come back at any time!

After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

My partner and I did not hesitate to book this Relax Villa and we are so happy with our choice. From check in to check out all was more than we could possibly expect. The whole place is super clean and well maintained inside out. The pool right in front of the villa gives a stunning view and the high wall adds good privacy. The most important part for us was the safety and quietness around the estate. We could walk few steps to the beach with many bars and restaurants or just relax by the pool as much as we needed without interference. We definitely plan to return soon. Thanks to Caroline for her full support.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Julito, hosted by the wonderful Carlos and Adriana. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful and made our trip truly unforgettable. The villa itself was not only very beautiful and clean, but it also had a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The air conditioning was ready for us upon arrival, which was a fantastic relief. There are wonderful restaurants nearby such as Marto boutique hotel which we highly recommend. If you're looking for a more convenient food option, we also recommend Si Burgers outside the compound. They serve delicious food and even deliver right to the villa. The beach is also a stone’s throw away. The villa is private, offering a peaceful retreat, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay, thanks to the excellent security measures in place. The staff was also amazing, which made our experience even better. They were always friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Carlos and Adriana went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and were always available to assist us whenever we required help. The outside facilities were also clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. We highly recommend Villa Julito to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway - it’s a true gem.

A must visit! We ended up at Garden Beach Villas by coincidence after having another accommodation in the area cancelled. We did not expect a lot and were nicely surprised. Our stay was at the small villa which is comprised of great sized bathroom, clean bedroom and large living room area connected with kitchen which, despite being quite basic, is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The outdoor area is of a great size with chairs and a sunlounger - overlooking the beautifully cared for garden which offers direct access to calm and relaxing beach. Our breakfast was served on time and always fresh- we had fresh juice, fruit, pancakes, eggs and bread available. The staff was exceptional-smiley and welcoming always available to help with anything we needed. We were also joined by a family of cats and kittens that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Overall we loved our stay here and would like to thank the team (especially Mati) for making our stay feel like home away from home.

    This is a fantastic beachfront. Not like all the others who say seafront and in reality it is not. Ask carefully before booking. We have found a wonderful location, a beautiful new villa, with all the comforts and a very kind staff at our disposal. Impossible to find fault. The breakfast prepared directly by the "Mami" of the house was perfect: plate of fresh fruit, chapatis (like local wraps) or brioches or pancakes with various syrups as a top.
