The location is great, it takes 1 minute by walk to reach the beach. The rooms and common areas are beautiful! The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the food is excellent. They organise free yoga classes 4 times a week and provide a wide variety of activities and tours for a reasonable price (maybe a little bit higher than the average but you can expect good quality!)

After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

My partner and I did not hesitate to book this Relax Villa and we are so happy with our choice. From check in to check out all was more than we could possibly expect. The whole place is super clean and well maintained inside out. The pool right in front of the villa gives a stunning view and the high wall adds good privacy. The most important part for us was the safety and quietness around the estate. We could walk few steps to the beach with many bars and restaurants or just relax by the pool as much as we needed without interference. We definitely plan to return soon. Thanks to Caroline for her full support.

The villa was absolutely amazing- words can’t describe how fantastic this villa is. The staff are absolutely amazing and are there to help with anything, anytime- the chef Najma was absolutely brilliant aswell as her breakfast - my family loved this villa most out of all the villas we stayed in.

Safety was clearly a priority here. What truly set this place apart, however, was the host’s warmth and kindness. A must visit! We ended up at Garden Beach Villas by coincidence after having another accommodation in the area cancelled. We did not expect a lot and were nicely surprised. Our stay was at the small villa which is comprised of great sized bathroom, clean bedroom and large living room area connected with kitchen which, despite being quite basic, is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The outdoor area is of a great size with chairs and a sunlounger - overlooking the beautifully cared for garden which offers direct access to calm and relaxing beach. Our breakfast was served on time and always fresh- we had fresh juice, fruit, pancakes, eggs and bread available. The staff was exceptional-smiley and welcoming always available to help with anything we needed. We were also joined by a family of cats and kittens that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Overall we loved our stay here and would like to thank the team (especially Mati) for making our stay feel like home away from home.

The breakfast was delicious. There was many options to choose from and the home made bread was not to miss. Paulette was so generous she prepared baguettes especially for us to take home when we were leaving... plus her famous Belgian waffles. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.The room was spacious and clean with a huge terrace and beautiful view from the Indian ocean. There were sun beds on the terrace and a sofa . The bed was comfortable and the shower strong and pleasant. What we liked most was the dinner time around the table with the other guests of the hotel with Paullette's delicious meals, the talks and the stories we shared with the other guests and the host Paullette. We felt like home away from home.

    This is a fantastic beachfront. Not like all the others who say seafront and in reality it is not. Ask carefully before booking. We have found a wonderful location, a beautiful new villa, with all the comforts and a very kind staff at our disposal. Impossible to find fault. The breakfast prepared directly by the "Mami" of the house was perfect: plate of fresh fruit, chapatis (like local wraps) or brioches or pancakes with various syrups as a top.
