This studio was beautiful, large, and fabulously furnished! Robin was amazing - friendly and available for questions, as needed. The suite was immaculate with lots of little and big touches. The room itself was large, with a king-sized bed, 2 armchairs, and a desk with a chair. There were lots of extras like a fan, iron, and ironing board, extra bedding, and plush robes in the closet. The drawers in the bathroom contained night lights, sunscreen, aloe, shaving cream, and all sorts of extra items, like Q-tips. There was a small refrigerator, freezer, pod coffee maker, and microwave. There were plates, napkins, silverware, coffee thermoses, salt and pepper, tea bags, and more in and around the top drawers of the dressers. They even provided a Red Rocks parking pass to borrow. Outside on the private patio, there was a fire pit and a glass dining table with chairs next to each. The location is perfect - with turn lanes off the main road, and a generally quiet location. We heard very little road noise during our two day stay. We highly recommend this suite!

The Cozy Cottonwood Cabin was very centrally located to all of the different areas we wanted to visit while on our mini staycation. It was very comfortable & peaceful. It had everything, plus more, that we needed to make our stay easy & stress free! The gas grill outside was a very nice, convenient option as we love to grill, be outdoors & the view was a very nice change of scenery & pace from our usual hectic busy lives! Our host was very nice, available when needed (though we didn't need anything during our stay since everything we could have needed was already provided!) & unobtrusive. We could not have asked for better accomodations & we would definitely book here again when we are able to return to the Area for another staycation! Thank you so much, Mike & Harley! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There is one bedroom downstairs, with a bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a bath room. It was perfect for us. Also, the fact that it was not directly in Sedona was a plus, with all the traffic.

~ JMJ ~ The place was IMMACULATE!! I usually have to wipe things down (sanitize) once I get into a place... NOT here!! Mike and his wife were quick to respond and super supportive. We had been on the road for the previous 2.5 days and needed to get into the rental to get ready for the wedding rehearsal. Mike was gracious and was willing to let us in 2hrs before 3pm checkin. Everything is well stocked and provided for. It's too bad we were so busy with wedding festivities that we were barely at the rental! Thanks, Team Mike!!
