Well equipped and warmly decorated apartment in the heart of Hilo. Whale logo nicely implemented to perfection and applied to any detail. Communication and check in were seamless. We appreciated the welcome treats. We really felt like home here and would like come back anytime soon.

The location of the property is excellent. We were a little confused on arrival as we couldn't locate the entry door, however, it was dark. The kitchen, lounge and bathroom were well equipped.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Well-stocked. The appliances were top notch and the place was amazingly clean. Loved the sound of the frogs - they were a highlight and not the opposite (earplugs are provided in case). Fantastic level of support with our questions. It is easily walkable to town and a few minutes walk from the grocery store.

The Over the Rainbow loft was comfortable, clean and the hosts provided beach towels, snorkel gear, plus a lot of other beach gear including chairs and sun shade umbrella. There were so many little touches that made our experience great. The local coffee and cookies, the full kitchen, after sun lotion, big spray, travel toothbrush, first aid kit, and more. There were plenty of towels. There's also a washer and dryer which we couldn't find - it's outside in the garage of the property directly in front. The parking spot is right outside your door. Overall, the Over the Rainbow loft is a great place to stay, the location is ideal as a base and for food options. Bedding was comfortable and you have everything you require for your stay - whether short or extended. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Hilo.
