amazing, our room was confortable and clean. the breakfast delicious with everything for everyone. my friend get sick and the owner cooked for him and helped me to take care of him every day until he get better and the staff very attentive too. I truly recommend this hotel :)

Staying here feels just like being at home. My room was bright, spacious, and spotless. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a step away from the Old Town, yet close to the rice fields and the sea. Jenny and her staff are incredibly kind and always ready to help with any request or need. The hotel’s architectural details are stunning. Fantastic location - off the main strip but a short bike ride into town. Quiet/rural (there are cockerels, and crickets and I don’t mind either) and very private. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed at - the design and architecture is beautiful, practical, airy. The back room balconies look out over greenery and have the most gorgeous sunset view. You can swim any time you like, so chilling in the pool (quietly) at night is a great pre-bedtime routine, or a great way to start the day. Breakfast has lots of choice and is fantastic, the owners also know some great local places - definitely let them take you out for local breakfast!! Shower has good pressure and is warm - just watch out with flooding the bathroom - it gets a little slippery. Anything you like or need, they have good recommendations. Option to get massages etc in house.

Breakfast was lovely. Host was very responsive and helpful with ideas for things to do. They could not have been nicer. Had towels for the beach! Water in the room, mini fridge, instant coffee and black tea. AC and fan both worked great!

Best value for money hotel in all my trip in Vietnam. Ngan and Trang the receptionists were wonderful, efficient and very helpful since the moment we stepped out of the plane in Da Nang, organized transportation to the property, tours and bus to Hue. The property is super clean and very well located 100m from the night market and away from noisy traffic. A variety of western and local breakfast is included. Excellent option for 3 days in Hoi An. We highly recommend it.
