Villas in Ninh Binh

This place was amazing, it's brand new and so beautiful inside and out. We were lucky enough to be some of the first to stay here. We really enjoyed the pool which backs onto a beautiful river. The rooms very exceptionally clean and inviting. Staff were so generous and helpful.

Pool spa great, room spacious, location close to Trang An boat tours, Mua Caves and what Trang An has to offer, great food minutes away, staff very helpful and friendly

The villa itself was a good standard. Spacious and although the chairs and single beds a little uncomfortable generally the decor was well done. The pool outside is nice and clean but for some reason they have all the pools facing the road rather than what will be the lake. I had the number of someone from the villas on messages and they were helpful and responsive when I asked specific questions. The resort will be nice when it's complete The location is quite close to the park It was wet, cold and windy when we were there and the villa was a good place for us to relax when there wasn't anything else going on The main restaurant is pretty spectacular but gets cold when it's bad weather. The food and service was good but menu is very limited. There was a good bolognese that our fussy kid was happy with. The fish was exceptional. The spa bath/onsen was clean and relaxing. But there is no real changing rooms
