We loved everything about this place. In particular the beautiful surroundings and the wonderful and hospitable hosts Jacques and Micky who were extremely thoughtful and accommodating. After 4 nights of tranquility and having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the dam with its geese and ducks, I didn't wan to leave. What a beautiful place! No sounds of cars, you can see the stars at night, you can interact (or not) with the animals in the sanctuary nearby, and you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break. The kitchen is well kitted, the lounge and dining area are spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, a wonderful rustic peaceful place to unwind and de-stress.

A beautiful location, less than an hour from two really good safari parks. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Really good comms prior to and throughout the stay. The building itself is massive and with 3 en-suite bedrooms was perfect for us but it also had another two rooms that could sleep another 6. The building itself was very spacious and clean. It could just do with a little refresh and the outside decking and the outside furniture had seen better days. A lovely stay, I would definitely book in the future. Provided great value for money. Don’t leave anything outside on the decking at night, the wildlife has a tendency to steal it. There were little monkeys that came right upto the decking and were great to watch.

The location and spectacular 360 degree views while being only 20m from the stream and waterfalls that not only could hear from the property but were great for swimming in and sliding down the rocks. Also the three levels - on top balcony with spectacular views and in the Sun, one below, which was great for chilling out and a bottom large patio area with bri / BBQ. Also good areas inside to sit with plenty of eating and chilling spaces all over. Very well equipped. Super helpful and friendly hosts (Gillian and Sapho)

Everything about this property was spectacular. It’s tucked away on the foot if the Magaliesbueg range of mountains, and a perfect getaway if you want to be mostly off-grid, surrounded by sprawling greenery, beautiful sunset views, and crisp air. I have to take a moment to appreciate the staff at The Villa: Isaac, Bertha and Grace. They kept the home in pristine condition, tended to us with care and professionalism and were a memorable part of our stay. Isaac in particular is a masterful service provider. He is the reason we will likely be back
