The villa was spotless and thoughtfully designed, the layout was great for keeping an eye on the kids, mostly playing on the first floor living room with the billiard table. The fully equipped kitchen was another bonus, ( let’s be honest, eating out with five kids every night isn’t always ideal!). The owners hospitality and touches—like stocked essentials, local guides, and quick responses—made our stay super easy. For families looking for stress-free, comfortable, and well-located home base in Dubai, this villa is a fantastic choice. We’d happily stay here again!

This apartment have the best view of the masjid and Dubai Marina on one side, and towards Abu Dhabi and the highway. Very soothing view. We could hear the Adhaan from the masjid very clearly. It was a surreal experience. I pray we will be able to stay with Rachid, the host, again in this unit. He was responsive and had us in the unit within a few minutes of booking. Our previous booking was not available. With a baby and the entire family, we had no place to stay. I was able to book his unit right there and was relaxing in this beautiful unit within a few minutes. The host was very efficient and the technology was user friendly. Our car was parked securely. JBR and the Marina Walk are within a few minutes walk. It was an incredible experience. Best of all, this unit was below the budget of our other unit! It was just an overall blessed experience.

The apartment is quite large, the bedroom, bathroom very nice and clean. it has a balcony, the laundry worked fine and drying the clothes in the balcony was great. The apartment was very functional, no issues as such, the building is quite tall and the pool on the 5th floor was nice to swim in. There is parking with this apt but i did not need to park. Google maps shows the entrance to this building in the back where the parking is but there is an entrance there although the main entrance is on the opposite side. elevators are fast and plenty. there is a sofa bed in the main room which i did not use.
