The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

The nearby beach is beautiful (ploce). It is true that you need a car to travel to the city (budva) but this did not bother us. We traveled with our own car. We recommend this place for spending a wonderful vacation. The deer were very close to our hearts!

Communication with the host was easy, prompt and friendly. The guesthouse was spotless and the amenities were excellent. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Featuring a bar and views of sea, Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View is a villa situated in a historic building in Kaštela, 200 metres from Ostrog Beach. The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.
