The owner will help you a lot as he stays in the flat below. Family run so very nice no fuss. Kind and helpful throughout. Very thoughtful and playful with the kids.

Very clean inside and outside, full and very good equipped kitchen, good size terrace (our room was a corner room) where you can sit outside and relax. RelaxVila Ksamil ligger i Ksamil ikke så langt fra Plazhi Ksamilit Strand og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have samt en terrasse. We booked this flat at the last minute after our previous booking turned out to be poor and did not meet our expectations. The place turned out to be an excellent base in Ksamil. A modern flat in a recently completed building. There is a brilliant swimming pool in front of the building, available to all residents. Apart from minor details, such as the kitchen not being fully equipped and a leaking tap in the bathroom, the place turned out to be a very nice location to spend two days in Ksamil.
