The owner will help you a lot as he stays in the flat below. Family run so very nice no fuss. Kind and helpful throughout. Very thoughtful and playful with the kids.

Sherife was an amazing host — she welcomed us with such a sweet vibe, like our own grandmother would have been waiting for us. They even prepared decorations with balloons saying ‘I love you’, which made our arrival so so special. Ergi was also wonderful, super helpful, and always available on WhatsApp. The property is beautiful, surrounded by banana plants and flowers, and it truly feels like your own home. The beds were extremely comfortable, which was great for both of us with back pain. The beach is right in front of the property, and everything is within walking distance. The best restaurant, Pajti, is right next door — we ended up eating every meal there during our two-night stay. Great prices and home made Albanian food. Ergi it was a great recommendation-thank you 😁! We would 100,000% recommend this place to everyone, and we will definitely be back! 🤸‍♀️

We booked this flat at the last minute after our previous booking turned out to be poor and did not meet our expectations. The place turned out to be an excellent base in Ksamil. A modern flat in a recently completed building. There is a brilliant swimming pool in front of the building, available to all residents. Apart from minor details, such as the kitchen not being fully equipped and a leaking tap in the bathroom, the place turned out to be a very nice location to spend two days in Ksamil.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area was quiet and safe which made the location perfect. What I appreciated the most was the kindness and hospitality of the hosts, they were always available, very welcoming, and made sure I didn't miss anything. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I felt I got more value than I expected. I genuinely recommend this house.
