Access to one bicycle helped. Outside table was nice when weather allowed. Nice to have had a washing machine though instructions would have helped. Kitchen was well-equipped and throughout were nice touches like laundry soap, coffee creamers, umbrella, shampoo, etc. Kufsteinerland card was nice to have.

It felt like home, very spacious and warm feeling. Extremely well equipped with cooking facilities (oven, microwave, utensils, pans and pots, dishwasher...). Everything felt new and very clean. Very beautiful place and location, the private parking was great (covered and near the entrance) We always had hot water and separate heating in every room. Having a washing machine and a dryer was a great extra, as well as gymnastics rings and massage belt. Erich was so nice and made sure everything's good before, during and after the stay. Highly recommended!!
