When we booked this, I knew this would be my husband's favorite place in our month in Europe - turned out, it was the favorite for both of us!! Beautifully rustic, and the view is even better than the photos!! The owner met us down at the car and helped carry our (So sorry: ridiculous amount of) stuff up to the Hutte. Through a cow field. With cows in it. Small cows, not many, maybe 5. Then the owner pulled up a chair on the porch and we had a nice visit. I'm glad I asked him who Walter was. I won't spoil it for you here. We did not leave even once after we got there. The view was beautiful beyond description - the Hutte was spotless, cozy, rustic but nicely appointed (other than no cork screw!!). Lots of fuzzy warm blankets, a nice little fire pit outside, cow bells clanging softly in the background, a ski run just above us, completely private - so green and wonderful!! (Tip: If you have a car, pack only what clothes you really need for those days. Bring mostly groceries, coffee and wine. Also - the road up the property is a bit of a nail biter, but it is nicely paved, safe and beautiful!! There is a bit of a hike from the parking area to the Hutte, so wear smart shoes like I didn't.)

Living Room: The living room is incredibly spacious and offers a variety of activities, including darts and numerous board games for kids. 2 living rooms. Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for cooking. 2 big refrigerators. Lot of storage spaces. BBQ Area: The BBQ area is well-managed, featuring 2 BBQ grills and related utensils for cooking. There are umbrellas and spacious benches for sitting outside in the BBQ place. Outdoor Space: A small kids' play equipment is provided in a vast outdoor, well-maintained grass garden. Host Interaction: The owners were generous in explaining each room and how to use them. Very friendly couples. Parking: Easy parking was dedicated for us. We had 5 big cars. Cleanliness: Absolute perfection! Communication with the Host: Perfect! Overall Experience: In short, it was a wonderful place, and we would love to come again.

Surrounded by the scenic Tyrolean mountains in Lechaschau close to Reutte and Neuschwanstein Castle, Landhaus Panorama offers spacious apartments and rooms. An internet PC and Wi-Fi are available for free. The highline179 pedestrian suspension bridge is 5 km away. We had a wonderful time at the property! It was the perfect place for our family (six adults). The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to enjoy breakfasts around the kitchen table and dinners on the well-appointed patio. An amenity we did not expect - there was an assortment of wines, beers, and other refreshments available for purchase which was especially nice on the evening of our arrival. On our second evening there was an issue with not having hot water - apparently the boiler was having technical difficulties. We emailed the owners at 22:30, and by 9:30 the next morning the technician had already been there to fix the issue. The owner's responsiveness was impressive which we so appreciated! The location is amazingly situated - about 25 minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau (just over the border in Germany) and only about 10 minutes from Ehrenberg castle, fortress, and ruins. Our time at the chalet was magical - thank you to the owners and our host Gerda!

The private pool, private sauna, and beautiful garden were a real luxury for us. The house itself is a traditional chalet with great attention to detail and charming appeal. The kitchen is a real highlight, and the countless opportunities to retreat and enjoy yourself are priceless. The personal check-in with Romana was incredibly nice and friendly. All in all, we can highly recommend the house to everyone.
