Well thought out property everything was perfect split system in both bedrooms and living room, comfortable and welcoming. What we loved the most is that it's pet friendly, the whole family had the best holiday, thank you for providing such a great place!

Every little detail was catered for including extras like chocolate/ lollies. Plenty of extras in the kitchen - cereals, olive oil, sauces , toiletries in bathrooms. Could not fault this impressive home , decor was wonderful too and very suited to property. Location superb - entire stay faultless due to high quality property and obviously caring owner , would visit again and thoroughly recommend .

Lovely the little outdoor area. The owner was very helpful. Lovely to have a bottle of red on arrival, as it was a celebration of a friend’s 60th birthday! Also breakfast included was fantastic! And the shower in the main bathroom was wonderful.

Penzance Cottage is just a wonderful place to stay. It's totally self-contained. You enter via the road and it is detached from the host's main dwelling (which sits behind it). So you have a whole little cottage to yourself. Best value in Glenelg! We received a message shortly after booking with Peter and Helen's numbers, and they were very responsive on text as check-in approached and key handover was easy with Peter meeting us at the door. They're both lovely people, and Peter even has a quite large claim to fame (ask him what it is when you meet him)! We had complimentary home made cookies and jam to enjoy during our stay... which were so delicious that we had to buy more at the honesty box behind the cottage. It sits on a tree-lined street in a lovely residential area, with a close walk to cafes and pubs and a short drive (or medium walk) to Glenelg pier. Beds were comfy, bedrooms were well sized, the cottage is warm and well insulated, bathroom was tastefully finished and overall it just immediately felt like home for a few days. A perfect base of operations to return to and relax at the end of the day. If you need to stay in Glenelg, hopefully this review is the one that gives you peace of mind that Penzance Cottage is a spot you won't regret booking. Our group of three couldn't fault it.

Bella Cosa gave us a fantastic getaway that exceeded our expectations. The styling was both practical and interesting. The bathroom was amazing with the double rain head showers and the luxurious bath looking out to the forest. The kitchen was well provisioned, and our dietary needs were catered for on short notice with gluten free breakfast supplies. Perfect location with everything being so accessible. Thank you!

The villa was super spacious and had everything that we needed including coffee, a bottle of wine, milk and juice! We were able to walk to get breakfast and it was in close proximity to many of the wineries that we wanted to visit. The door code was shared with us prior to check-in and we were able to access the property without any issue.
