The location in the park was perfect. It was very peaceful and relaxing especially in the morning and evening when the day trippers were gone! The outdoor bathroom was great! Access must be done in a 4x4, which you can arrange to hire in Minca. You can bring everything you need for food and drinks, and that's it. One thing that is essential, considering we're in the jungle, is a good insect repellent and insecticide in case you need it. The bird-watching tour and the excursions to the different waterfalls in the area are a must. I recommend the Hidden Waterfall due to its proximity and solitude.

The rooms were very spatious for our family of 5, and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and living room. Also my ´amigo´ Frankil the mototaxi driver was always available to bring me to the supermarket or other places.

Theo was a great host, helping us with the information to get to the property (which can be tricky) and then having someone meet us once there. We were able to access the property with a SUV but would definitely recommend a 4x4 if driving up. The location was stunning and we were able to see so many birds from our accommodation- the highlight was a toucan that landed in the tree in front of the balcony!
