Location was great, minutes from the beach and close to many of the prime attractions. We were able to walk everywhere from this location, but wasn't on a busy street with a lot of noise. Would recommend this area for most people. Host was very responsive, welcoming and attentive

Very nice resteraunts just close by 3 min by car) Absolutly quite and at night nothing than the stars on the sky.

Its brand-new , matresses, sheets and towels are luxurious. Fantastic sea view from all the bedrooms. Hosts Panayiotis and Anthia are exceptionally friendly and generous. The beach in front just 70 metres from the villa is sandy, shallow and clean. The swimming pool is very large with water that flows like a fountain. We enjoyed sea-view jacuzzi !! We will stay again. Highly recommended !

The pool was absolutely lovely, and the host very helpful, and always kept in touch with us to make sure everything was ok. The villa is in a quiet place easy to find and a car was a good idea, easy parking outside the villa. Very clean place, I would recommend it to anyone coming to Cyprus. Thanks!

Everything about the property was exceptional . The property was spacious, clean, well equipped accommodation and superbly maintained. Our host Elena went above and beyond demonstrating a remarkable level of professionalism making sure our stay was comfortable, secure and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future to stay at the outstanding Kafkalia Sea Breeze.

Brand new, modern studio with a private parking space. Kitchen is well-equipped and bed is very comfy. Host is incredibly nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
