Location was great, minutes from the beach and close to many of the prime attractions. We were able to walk everywhere from this location, but wasn't on a busy street with a lot of noise. The pool was absolutely lovely, and the host very helpful, and always kept in touch with us to make sure everything was ok. The villa is in a quiet place easy to find and a car was a good idea, easy parking outside the villa. Very clean place, I would recommend it to anyone coming to Cyprus. Thanks!

Our host Elena went above and beyond demonstrating a remarkable level of professionalism making sure our stay was comfortable, secure and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future to stay at the outstanding Kafkalia Sea Breeze.

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. We had cold water, wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there was even a grill out in the yard. There's a washing machine and everything we needed for laundry. It seems like the host made an effort to think about all the details

The property has its own pool which is cleaned professionally twice a week. The pool was lovely to have especially in the hot weather. The children absolutely loved it and was a game changer to stop the children ever being bored! If any problems arose such as an issue with the property which was always minor this would be fixed very quickly on the same day.

The house has a small and cozy garden and a lovely lemon tree. Location was great for us, in a quiet village very close to Larnaca; we had supermarkets nearby.
