Location was great, minutes from the beach and close to many of the prime attractions. We were able to walk everywhere from this location, but wasn't on a busy street with a lot of noise. Would recommend this area for most people. Host was very responsive, welcoming and attentive

Its brand-new , matresses, sheets and towels are luxurious. Fantastic sea view from all the bedrooms. Hosts Panayiotis and Anthia are exceptionally friendly and generous. The beach in front just 70 metres from the villa is sandy, shallow and clean. The swimming pool is very large with water that flows like a fountain. We enjoyed sea-view jacuzzi !! We will stay again. Highly recommended !

Had a lovely short stay at this beautiful villa. The area is super quiet — perfect for relaxing. The private pool was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. Really enjoyed it!

Our host Elena went above and beyond demonstrating a remarkable level of professionalism making sure our stay was comfortable, secure and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future to stay at the outstanding Kafkalia Sea Breeze.

The property has its own pool which is cleaned professionally twice a week. The pool was lovely to have especially in the hot weather. The children absolutely loved it and was a game changer to stop the children ever being bored! If any problems arose such as an issue with the property which was always minor this would be fixed very quickly on the same day.

Excellent house: new, spacious, modern, and very clean. The furniture and appliances have very good quality, a large sofa, dinning table, office and two big and comfortable beds. The house has a small and cozy garden and a lovely lemon tree. Location was great for us, in a quiet village very close to Larnaca; we had supermarkets nearby.
