Location was great, minutes from the beach and close to many of the prime attractions. We were able to walk everywhere from this location, but wasn't on a busy street with a lot of noise. Would recommend this area for most people. Host was very responsive, welcoming and attentive

Nằm ở Perivolia, Blue Aura Beach villa Larnaca có sân hiên nhìn ra biển và hồ bơi, cũng như hồ bơi ngoài trời mở quanh năm, phòng xông hơi khô và bể sục. Wow! The best villa we have ever stayed ! Its brand-new , matresses, sheets and towels are luxurious. Fantastic sea view from all the bedrooms. Hosts Panayiotis and Anthia are exceptionally friendly and generous. The beach in front just 70 metres from the villa is sandy, shallow and clean. The swimming pool is very large with water that flows like a fountain. We enjoyed sea-view jacuzzi !! We will stay again. Highly recommended !

The pool was absolutely lovely, and the host very helpful, and always kept in touch with us to make sure everything was ok. The villa is in a quiet place easy to find and a car was a good idea, easy parking outside the villa. Very clean place, I would recommend it to anyone coming to Cyprus. Thanks!

Our family had the most wonderful experience staying at Kafkalia Sea Breeze. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a booking — it was a true home away from home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail had been carefully considered, making it the perfect home base for our vacation. Elena, the host, went above and beyond in every way. Her hospitality was unmatched — always available, incredibly kind, and made sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The location of the property was also ideal for us. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and minimarkets while still being quiet and peaceful. We cannot recommend Kafkalia Sea Breeze highly enough — it is a perfect 11 out of 10. We are already looking forward to our next visit 🙂 Thank you again, Elena, for making our trip so special!

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. We had cold water, wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there was even a grill out in the yard. There's a washing machine and everything we needed for laundry. It seems like the host made an effort to think about all the details

The property has its own pool which is cleaned professionally twice a week. The pool was lovely to have especially in the hot weather. The children absolutely loved it and was a game changer to stop the children ever being bored! If any problems arose such as an issue with the property which was always minor this would be fixed very quickly on the same day.

Excellent house: new, spacious, modern, and very clean. The furniture and appliances have very good quality, a large sofa, dinning table, office and two big and comfortable beds. The house has a small and cozy garden and a lovely lemon tree. Location was great for us, in a quiet village very close to Larnaca; we had supermarkets nearby.
