The villa was so clean and cozy , the owner was so helpful he's taking care of every detail, he gave me a lot of info about the markets and restaurants nearby and the activities , everything was perfect for a family vacation , the villa is only 1 minute walk from the lake but you can also see the lake from the balcony, I highly recommend going there.

It was high season there (December) and all of the top-rated hotels were completely booked. We stumbled upon this listing and are so glad we did! Everything was wonderful. The home was quaint and comfortable with excellent views of the lake. It's very well kept, clean, and everything works as it should.The house keeper, Ahmed was very friendly and eager to helpl. Gamal (the owner) was easy to contact and had us setup with last minute excursions. The whole family had a blast. Our short stay in Tunis was so much fun, there's so much to do and see. We plan to be back, and will book Sunhouse again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The 3 bedrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are two separate outdoor spaces: a spacious living area with a lovely view of the lake and a beautiful garden. It is truly a perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts, Suhail and Ahmed, were exceptional! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help with any requests. Their hospitality stood out, from ensuring our comfort to organizing entertaining evening local shows. Also, they offered a delicious local breakfast.
