I liked the owner-landlord the most. He is really nice, helpful, and polite. He made our experience extra good. Since day one He welcomed us, He tried to do everything to make our stay comfortable. He explained everything to us and showed us the good restaurants in the area and made his car available if needed. He sent messages on WhatsApp to ask if we were missing anything, needing anything. Thank you for that Mr. Mohamed. The villa was very clean, modernly equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool and garden were beautiful and once a week a gardener came to tidy up the garden, He was very nice and sweet. The pictures of the villa do not describe the reality at all, the villa in reality looks much nicer and nicer. You can buy everything from the talabat application which carries everything from restaurants to the supermarket to your door. There is a large grill in the garden that you can use. The pool is clean. Newly wrapped towels in each bedroom are ready for you upon arrival, as well as some bottled water. The area is peaceful and quiet. All in all the best experience and highly recommended.

Everything is amazing, and it's one of my best experiences. The Villa is beautifully decorated and very clean with everything the family needs . It's one of the best villas choices in Giza and only 200 metres from stores and main road in shiekh Zayed. Swimming Pool is great with beautiful Garden. Gated community compound and security 24h . I can't get enough words to thank Mr Mohamed for his professionalism and warm welcome.

Honestly, this Villa was perfect for my family. The location had great security, there were different shops and restaurants available within the compound, and our host was very attentive! We are definitely going to stay in this villa again for our next trip to Egypt!

Kim & Mohamed, the hosts of this great house, were exceptionally friendly and very very caretaking. They had an open ear for every question we had and even bought for us food, drinks, breakfast, fruits etc. so that we didn't have to buy stuff when we arrived at the house. Such great people. We're very very happy that we got to know them. Wonderful caring people who welcomed us very warmly. We would highly recommend them for a stay in a very quiet area closer to Sphinx Airport. For those who don't rent a car, this lovely family will organize special reliable drivers with an exceptional service & very good cars including aircondition. We will of course come back sooner than later.

What I liked about the villa was its spacious layout, stunning views, and well-maintained amenities that made for a comfortable stay. And the staff were very helpful.

The place is so clean and so comfy and the house manager is so friendly. If you looking for a perfect place away from all the noise and traffic and cairo madness that would be the place to stay. Would defiantly recommend it to everyone.
