We felt at home in this scandinavian style furnished house with amenities we are used to from home (like the kitchen cupboard for drying dishes - have never seen this in Spain before!). We also enjoyed the heated pool very much. The facilities were perfect for our family. Yolanda our hostess was a gem. She helped us with all issues and questions we had. Pool boy, cleaning and repairs worked well and made our stay enjoyable.

Loved this place, clean, modern and comfortable. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 spacious Bathrooms. We had plenty of hot water and none of us ever had to have a cold shower! Very comfortable sofa. Loads of towels and plenty of loo rolls. Lovely spacious terrace with 4 Sunbeds, table and chairs for outdoor dining and Barbecue area. Sunshine all day. Quiet peaceful area. Host very nice and approachable for any thing we needed during our stay. A short walk down to a lovely beach. About 15mins walk to the start of PDC strip, taxi back if we walked too far was 5euros. Would highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed 😁

The kitchen was well equipped, good knives, microwave and washing machine. The thoughtfulness of leaving a welcome pack as we arrived at 8pm. The location was ideal, so close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We have booked to come back next year.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Puerto del Carmen Beach. Everything was great from start to finish! Maria greeted us on arrival and showed us around. We stayed here for a week and we couldn’t fault anything, private pool was fantastic (we had it heated at it was lovely). We saw Maria a day before we were leaving and she asked when our flight was (evening time). She managed to sort us out staying until we needed to leave for the airport and we were most grateful. It had everything you need! This was our second encounter with Maria and she is fab!
