There's a great choice of outside space, including 3 decent sized balconies and a big roof terrace. The roof terrace has a gorgeous sea view. The house is really well equipt and suitable for longer stays. The location is a very short walk from playa Alamillo. There are a good selection of local restaurants, or Puerto de Mazarrón is an easy walk.

Very nice flat, extremely spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Close to shops and restaurants. There are many quite stiff stairs in the flat (did not bother us). The garage is great but the entrance is a bit challenging if you have a bigger car as the street is narrow.
