The moment you step in it feels like home. Great view towards the mountains. It has all amenities you need, glasses, mugs, plates, pans etc. Libby just cleaned the place when we arrived, it was impeccable. Bed was comfortable, hot water was really hot.

The house is lovely and had all the facilities one needs for a holiday stay. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Loved the little touches like the Oban chocolate truffles. The house was also perfectly located for exploring Oban, and not far from a Tesco for grocery shopping needs.

Melfort Village is set in a lochside location, 24 km from Oban. Furnace is 23 km away. The units include a dining/seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. Very nice place with beautiful views, cottage was convenient and well equipped.

Around 13 miles from Oban, the luxurious Bonawe House Holiday Cottages offers apartment and cottage accomodation in the Scottish Highlands. Our family of four rented one of the vacation homes at Bonawe House. The furnishings in the vacation home were excellent, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen and bathroom had been renovated and were equipped with the latest technology (induction stove!). We particularly loved the beautiful gardens on the estate, including the duck pond—lots for the children to discover! The landlords, Renate and Damon, are very friendly and extremely helpful. Communication worked really well. All in all: a wonderful week's vacation in great accommodation! We'd love to come back.

Cologin’s chalets, lodges and private houses offer attractive self-catering accommodation in the Highlands, less than 3 miles from Oban on Scotland’s west coast. Amazing location. Wonderful staff. We really enjoyed the walks recommended. Easy access to Oban. Very thankful laundry facilities were available.

We especially liked the location of Harbour View as it looked right onto the Bay and we could watch everything happening out there from the two comfy armchairs positioned right in the big bay window upstairs. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The outdoor spaces were great and we sat in the garden at the front one evening watching the ferries come and go. There is an information book which was helpful and the tourist information office is very close. Marzena and David had left a number of tasty things for us which was very welcome and there are supermarkets close by. The house has everything you need which is lovely when you’re travelling.
