We opened the doors to wonderful old world charm, it was roomy, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, upstairs we found a king size bed which was luscious. In the kitchen we found these wonderful surprises, a beautiful cob loaf, some Welsh cookies, jams and butters which were absolutely delicious and a number of small packets of cereals and in the fridge a bottle of milk and a large carton of orange juice . A warm heater in the lounge which looked like an open fire added to the lovely ambiance. In the the backyard we discovered another wonderful surprise, including a well equipped laundry room. So fellow travelers if you wanting to stay in Llandovery I REALLY SUGGEST YOU STAY HERE, we stayed for 3 days and wished we had booked a week, finally the price was very reasonable. thank you so much to our lovely hosts, from we travelers from Australia.

The location (views were fabulous) as it very quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee supplies to hand with their own spring water available, which was very lovely. Now the breakfast i had was fresh and cooked for me. Firstly was their own apple juice from their crop of apples. Fresh rhubarb from the garden, which went down rather well with yoghurt (had 2 bowls). Freshly made bread with homemade marmalade. And of course the cooked breakfast....needed all of this as i was heading off to Pen y Fan for a 24hr challenge.

Wow what can I say, the hostess was very nice and easily accessible and there was a delicious breakfast basket waiting for us on arrival. The house was cosy and full of character. The upstairs was clean, with high quality beds and pillows. The only one of all the apartments (we visited this holiday) with a second toilet.

Vale Farm Cottages are set on a farm 6.4 km from the Brecon Beacons National Park. The pet-friendly cottages feature either a sun room or a balcony offering mountain views. The pool, the location, the amazings hosts, the view….everything.

Beds were very comfy, I was sleeping as a baby. We've got everythinginthe kitchen what we need. Huge bathroom. Perfect place to stay with friends or family. Very close to the shops, pubs and nice place for hiking.
