Lago Lomond: Pesquise villas

Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

Originally, I was arriving earlier than expected and when I messaged the property they were super accommodating and confirmed an early check in. Unfortunately, things changed, and we arrived later than expected yet the property was again very accommodating to my arrival and checking in to the property was easy! I really appreciate the options and excellent communication with Wilma.

The property was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, so warm, cosy and just an all round amazing stay. The hosts really went the extra mile with the welcome basket and extras in the fridge for our arrival. The beds were so comfy, great location and all of our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedroom set-up was ideal for our family group. Really essy communication with owner. Really nice position overlooking the loch. Good parking. Great meal at Cu Mara Bistro, less than 5 mins walk along the pavement (wasn't sure from map if it was walkable).
