Perfectly situated for Woodstock and although we didn’t use it there was a regular bus service into Oxford. Woodstock is convenient for visiting local Cotswold towns and villages. We self catered and there is a small Coop and several small local shops which cater for specific needs. However if you need a doctor don’t bother the local surgery they aren’t interested and refer you to somewhere else, quite a way away.

One of our favourite memories was dining under the stars — truly magical. Katie and her mum have done a fantastic job creating such a warm, cosy, and welcoming space. It felt like a true home away from home, and we’d happily return in a heartbeat. Communication with Katie was smooth and easy — she was always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat!
