Amazing, roomy, bright, high-ceilinged living room with well-equipped kitchenette. A true wooden table suitable for a large family. Superbly clean. So many spacious bedrooms and corridors that one can wander around and literally get lost. Wee rivulet in vicinity, an astounding view from the terrace and the opportunity to admire agricultural machinery, tools, quads and off-road vehicles from other windows as well ;-) Plenty of parking space on site. Friendly reminder: Location in the booking.com app is quite accurate. Just follow the other road uphill at the small fork junction (not the one leading to the Balnakeilly House, Gardeners Cottage is at its back).

Free parking space in front. It was clean and spacious and provided us with everything we needed. Easy pick up and drop off of the key from the hotel bar on the opposite street. Very friendly and professional staff.

The staff were very quick to respond. Thanks to Andy for giving us a tour of the farm. The view, amazing!!
