Spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities-enough of linen, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The heating was excellent. The host is a wonderful man. Levani was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed chatting to him over the bonfire. Would highly recommend this property for its peaceful location and well-appointed cottages.

It was perfect, cozy and well-equipped. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more!). The entire place was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Every room felt warm and welcoming, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. There is a fireplace, which added such a cozy, homey touch, especially in the evenings. The host was absolutely wonderful, very attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. This cottage has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The house is clean, comfy, and has the BEST view. 🌄 Behind the house is a peaceful pine forest – perfect for walks and fresh air. 🌲 And that balcony? It’s my favorite spot. Sipping coffee on the swing feels like therapy. ☕🪑💆‍♀️ The hosts are lovely, super helpful, and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend! 🧳💚

A big living room with full equipment kitchen and nice fireplace. The bed linen and towels are clean and good quality. We felt comfortable and cozy to stay in. The owner is very polite and attentive.

House is newly built, fully equipped, comfortable. Before arriving we read comments on Google and started to scare, but all comments about mouses, rude host is lie. Host easily speaks English and Russian languages, very welcoming, fast responding. We found nice towels, white, clean bedsheets. It has nice mountain view, you can hear river near by. We also found shop ~200m away.
