Svanieri is pure perfection — peace and tranquility at their best. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and become one with nature, the forest, the mountains, and the night sky. And the stars… what a show! When was the last time you saw the Milky Way with the naked eye? Here you’ll see millions of sparkling stars every night. By day, the mountain views are just as breathtaking — the kind that make you rethink what truly matters in life. Have you ever stood on a mountain and watched a cloud drift straight through you? Or breathed so deeply the fresh air made you feel dizzy, like a glass of fine wine? You’ll experience all that here. The cottage sits high on the mountain, about 600 meters from an authentic Svan village called Pari. It’s so secluded you can’t even see the village — just you, the mountain, and the views. The cottage is impressively spacious, with enough room for two families with kids, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts also offer delicious home-cooked meals at very fair prices, made by a local grandmother. My wife literally had tears in her eyes when she tasted the homemade meat blintzes on our first day; she said it reminded her of her childhood home cooking. Outside, the yard is full of great spots: a shaded sitting area under a fruit tree, two hammocks, a swing perched on the cliff edge (perfect for photos), and a firepit to warm up on cool nights. A supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away for basic supplies.

Just wow! The amenities are great, the cabin is so clean and cozy, it feels like home rather than a rental place. You can feel that it is loved and cared for by the owners, who are also great and helpful people. The location is fantastic, just a 4 mins walk to the centre of Mestia. The cabin's terrace feels so cozy with the lights on in the evening, and the view from the cabin is amazing too. The cabin is by far the best that we have been to in Georgia! We were sad to leave this place but we will be back.

The house was perfect for us as a family — spacious, spotless, and truly feels like a real home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the wood stove was great with plenty of firewood, and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. The location is excellent — at the quiet end of Mestia, with a huge private garden and beautiful views. Although it’s near the road, it’s a calm one, so there’s no noise. The house can easily fit up to seven adults, just keep in mind there’s only one bathroom. The only thing we didn’t love was the shower, which doesn’t have a proper cabin and sometimes had an unpleasant smell. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations!
