The house is beautifully built and decorated, with much attention to detail, and wonderfully quiet. There is a nice little beach not 5 minutes walk from the house. The little swimming pool is great for watching the sunset and magnificent sea view. The kitchen is well equipped. Katerina is an excellent, friendly hostess. She met us at the house when we arrived, left us some local delicacies to eat and called us halfway through our stay to make sure we didn't need anything.

We enjoyed the privacy and location of this little house. The pictures do not do it justice. It is not luxury but it has everything you need for a short summer stay. The kitchen had many useful appliances (Nespresso machine, frappe mixer, toaster etc) The large bed was very comfortable. The smaller bedroom would be great for a child or easy-going adult. We were very comfortable for the 7 nights that we stayed :)

We loved the quiet location and the views were stunning. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we felt at home from the second we arrived. When we return to Alonnisos we will definitely be staying at Agnanti Villas.

A really nice and romantic house in a beatiful bay on a spectacular island of Alonisos. We had a fantastic holiday enjoying the beach, crystal clear blue waters of the Tzortzi bay, enjoying the great hospitality of our hosts Giannis and his sister Vasso. Beautiful places and fantastic food we had in Steni Vala, Leftos Gialos, Patitiri, Votsi made this maybe the best holiday we had. We had a small boat to explore the bays of Alonisos and Peristera. As for the house, it's clean, comfortable and garden is huge and arranged for you to enjoy it. Perfect for 5 people with a double bed in one bedroom and 3 beds (ideal for kids) in the second. Plenty of options - a dining table under the olive tree, sun lounges few steps from the sea, lazy bags arranged for you to look at the stars in the night. The location is unbeatable - just 4 steps between the gate and the sea. You don't go down to the beach - your garden is your beach :) I would definitely like to come back one day, maybe even sooner than I planned.

The view is amazing, the location is perfect, in the old village but away from the noise. It is also close to the museum. The house is traditional will all the comforts. We highly recommend Elma’s houses.

A very well restored home with great views over Votsi. The house is beautiful and a perfect spot for a relaxing break. The location was very good with just a 5 minute walk to a small beach that we often had just to ourselves. Being in the heart of the village made us feel part of village life and a less touristy experience. However it was also easy to access the main town and explore the island. Emma was very friendly and helpful- she collected us from the boat and brought our bags to the port so we could enjoy our last day. The kitchen is very well equipped- better than most in terms of useful stuff!

The property is modern, clean and spacious. Lovely king size bed, beautiful modern bathroom (great shower) and big open plan kitchen and living area. The terrace and outdoor furniture supplied were fabulous with great views over the village and sea. Location was excellent as only a short walk to the bars and tavernas. Mini market and ATM at the end of the path. We were met at the ferry port and taken to a supermarket to get some basic supplies which was so helpful. The owner kept in touch and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Her dad was always available and was such a nice man. Thank you both, would love to return one day!

The apartment was SUPER clean and the decoration was adorable! Location was excellent and near the beaches . On behalf of the host was the kindest lovely lady who was reachable at all times and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend .
