Every unit has its own barbecue and place to sit and relax. The owner was very kind and he even gave us a bottle of wine from their own production to take home.

Although located at the main road going out from the city it is super calm because it is placed some meters downhill surrounded by olive trees. Ther is a parking space on the compound, but you can also leave 2-3 cars in front of the gate. The garden is very big and nicely maintained. The city (supermarket, bakery) is reachable by foot in 10-15min. For the nicer beaches it is recommendable to have a car because the island has no infrastructure for walking or biking. House: You have two separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen. The terrace is pretty big, and the view is amazing on the small fishing port and Mount Athos. The solar shower outside is a great thing for hot summer days. The air condition works well. You have everywhere mosquito nets and a fan on the terrace. There are enough chairs etc. even when you have some guests.
