We had an amazing time at Luxury villa in Kalamaki. The villa is very comfortable and fully equipped. The location is perfect. You can enjoy the pool or the sea right next to the villa. Elena, who runs the villas, is a dream. She is super attentive, helpful and generous. Always wanting to make you happy. Elena is a true gift.

We were lucky to be upgraded to the Istron luxury villas (Daphne) and we especially enjoyed the lovely pool with salt water (hence not with many chemicals) that our children spent hours in. Also very comfortable beds, well working air conditioning and not the least: the kindest and most attentive host in Dimitris and other staff.

The Iron Villas were honestly perfect! The property was clean, modern, and we were really well cared for. We stayed in Nefali, and particularly loved the private pool - it was large, cleaned daily, and had a bubble massager - perfect for relaxing on a really hot day.

This place is a mini paradise! We were warmly greeted by Anastasia who showed us around and gave us some ideas on where to go. We stayed in the Dimitria villa which is perfect for a couple. It’s extremely clean, spacious, and calm. The private pool and garden with a sea view were such a treat. Wake up early and you will see the most stunning sunrise! While a car is essential to get around, the sea is only a 5-min walk from the villas. There is a small inlet with free loungers on the rocks, away from the busy beaches.

A very luxurious place, created with great attention to detail. The layout with two separate villas is fantastic, ensuring everyone has plenty of space for themselves. The rooms are excellently soundproofed, which will certainly be very important for families with children. Wonderful hosts who provided us with homemade barbecue food, far superior in quality to store-bought products. An ideal place to relax, whether with friends or family.

I lived in Agios Nikolaos for 30 years have been back in England for 10. I know the standards of accommodation from luxury 5star to self catering villas. Hand on heart I give this property 10 out of 10. Its location, everything at hand, cleanliness....perfect! Comfy beds, lots of towels, linen.

Modern, new, beautiful place. Awesome views. Great to lounge around by the private pool or to use as base to explore the many good beaches around. Falasarna is a gem. Petras Luxury Villas are the business! All the mod cons you’d need, including a clothes washer. Nice staff - super friendly and competent.
