(Just use the parking pass the host provides) The place is very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are great for sleeping, and 1 person could even use the sofa. Initial items are provided, which made it easy for breakfast the first morning. The host is very friendly, communicative and easy going. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. The place is like new, well appointed. Just watch your head as it is low in 1 spot. No problem. The bathroom is good, the bath nice. The house is very quiet, you can get a good night sleep. We highly recommend this place as the best place in Ioannina.

The hotel owners were welcoming and helped us with all we requested. The place was very clean and nice. Breakfast was wonderful and had all we needed.

The staff was amazing and very helpful,the property was 10 min away from the beach and 25 min away from the center on foot. The apartment was very clean and very organized with a beautiful sea view
