Perched on the rocks, tt has a sea-view snack bar and offers free WiFi throughout. Exceptional place with perfectly designed rooms and very nice owner. We stayed two nights only and looking forward to stay longer on our next visit to island.

The place was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and carefully designed down to the last detail. The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The view from the balcony was truly magical; every morning we woke up to the sounds of nature, and every evening we enjoyed the stunning night sky, counting shooting stars. The location is ideal, offering peace and relaxation, while at the same time being very close to wonderful beaches and great restaurants. Lina, the host, was exceptional: kind, friendly, and always available to help us with recommendations for food, excursions, and activities. She made us feel genuinely welcome and gave us the impression that we weren’t just staying at an accommodation, but being hosted by friends. Overall, this is a destination that combines quality, hospitality, and an authentic experience. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for unforgettable holidays! 🌟

The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to the center of Chora, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local restaurants and shops. (5min walking) The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and decorated with great attention to detail, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, providing us with local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities and the stunning view from the terrace – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Folegandros! Incredibly relaxing atmosphere, the architect couple have maintained a really authentic and effortlessly modern style to the property. Everything is brand new and brilliantly clean.

Efthymios is a very kind person, he bought water, drinks, wine, coffee, butter etc for us and his mum made orange marmelade and the house is equiped with really everything you need and is cleaned every single day! It was quiet, comfortable, and had great views, particularly of the sunset (you can't see it from the back patio of the unit but we moved our chairs over to another area to watch it) which was incredible. We also did the hike to Livadaki beach our last morning there and it was the highlight of our stay (40 minutes each way). The host, Eva, was very friendly and warm. Her communication before and during our stay was exceptional. She connected us to a great rental car agency and met us there to take us to the property. Highly recommend you stay here for your visit to Folegandros and make sure to give the restaurant Sinadisi a try.
