It was brand new, spotless, and very well equipped, with easy access and friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly and were always available for our questions. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch, everything was exactly as described, and we highly recommend it—we will gladly come back!

Great cottage with everything we'd need (family with three kids), beautiful and large garden, attentive and very helpful host. Angelos kept asking if we needed anything else and immediately organized everything we'd ask for (like extra plates, bowls etc). Big thank you for the baby chair and the help with the parcels that we received during our stay! Cottage keeps cool in hot summer days, we haven't used the A/C in more than a week! Inside it's nicely decorated with attention to detail, clean and comfortable with two bedrooms. Outside is plenty of space, we lived in the garden and on the veranda! There are very minor points you should just be aware upfront: as you see on the pics there is no stove or oven, but still you have one electric hotplate for some simple dishes, eggs in the morning etc. Restaurants in Kastoria and around offer great food at fair prices, take it as an excuse to eat there :) There is a road nearby and you can hear the cars, however, traffic is low and the bedrooms face to the other side of the cottage. It's a really great place to stay for those who value simplicity with decent comfort, highly recommended!

I booked it just for the end of a long trip in Greece. It just has to be seen and felt. The weather was bad, but we were speechless by the atmosphere, the furnishings, the tranquility and the cleanliness. If it's on your way and you love silence and nature, just don't miss it. And bears aren't just on highway signs. We will definitely be back for more.

The house is perfectly located at the top of the village with stunning views of Kastoria lake. The house is very well cleaned and in great condition. Also it is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the patio and the children had great fun in the garden playing. Kastoria is 15 minutes drive and is easily accessible. We had very nice walks exploring the village and you can visit the tavern for local specialities. Demetris, the owner, is very helpful and can give you advice about your holidays. Honestly, the best place to visit if you are at that part of the country
