It had been beautifully restored, in keeping with the original era, including typical furniture and kitchenware where possible. It had excellent views and was very peaceful and calm. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but strangely, had forks and spoons, but no knives in the drawers. There was a delightful terrace from the top bedroom with table and chairs to eat outside. It was a wonderful place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town, a few kilometres down the mountainside.

We loved meeting the owners Mum who was welcoming and available if we needed anything. Her hug goodbye was the kind of hug I always wished for from my own Mum. The village square offers nice food and good coffee. We did not want to leave.
