Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house.

Our stay at Tasso’s place on Patmos was truly unforgettable, thanks to his exceptional hospitality. Staying in Sapsila Beach was amazing, with breathtaking views and comfortable accommodations that made our visit perfect in every way. Tasso welcomed us with warmth and generosity, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond by offering us some delicious local pastries, sharing fresh figs from his garden and delicious homemade fig jam. He also offered us his extensive knowledge of Patmos, providing valuable insights that enriched our visit. We’ve been fortunate enough to travel a lot, but we’ve never encountered such a great host as Tasso. We will always cherish the memories of our time here and can’t wait for the opportunity to return. Highly recommended!

The location was ideal -- just on the edge of Chora. Very close and easily walkable to everything in Chora, but also in a quiet location. The property exceeded our expectations.

The villa features family rooms. the property is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from the port area. the room we had was the underground one which is quite unique and stayed very cool in summer. it is semi self-contained with facilities to prepare light meals. the apartment is a rustic style of decoration which is well done (imho) - there is a private area to eat outside the room that is part of the room area. the manager Dmitris was more then helpful and provided recommendations on where to go and what to see etc. also the staff cleaned the room each day.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. Very kind stuff communicating early and frequently. Delicious welcome gestures and very kind gestures in between. We were here 2 years ago. The house was upgraded to its best: more spacious bedroom and beutiful natural dlarchitecture and decorations. This was designed and built with love. The terrace is awesome for an evening chill-out with sea view and sea sound. Very quiet sorroundings. The sea is 2 minites ealking fistance away. Excellent seaside taverna there.
