I happened to have some leftover pork from where I ate lunch before checking in. So I warmed up the pork, shredded it, and scrambled some eggs with the shredded pork for breakfast. Nice way to start the day. There was also a working washing machine that allowed me to clean my clothes.

Evan met us a few minutes after our arrival with the key and a clear explanation of the facilities. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place, we decided to forego our planned walk through the town and just spend the day at the lovely studio with our inviting private pool. There was breakfast in the fridge so we called it dinner. The lighting in the studio matches the beauty of the place. Windows everywhere with remote shutters for a cozy sleep. View of the landscape and sea in the distance. Even was there for every request by using booking.com message. It is located about 30 minutes between Kalamata and Kardamyli so the remoteness is also a plus. Suggestion - book the Sea Kayaking trip in Kardamyli for a stupendous day of water adventure for any skill level, pick up some barbecue fixings at the Supermarket and have your own feast on the electric bbq on the lanai. Evan wished us farewell with a goodie bag of his fresh grown tomatoes, figs and small bottle of olive oil. We hated to leave. Bravo!

We started in one of the smaller ones (comfortable and spacious for the three of us) for a couple of nights and then moved to the larger one for 5 nights. The property affords uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea - great sunsets and just lovely to sit out under the shading of a morning listening to the sea. The apartments are comfortably appointed with a fully functional kitchen while being located just minutes from the centre of Kyparissia. With the access road recently paved and the wide footpaths, the area is popular for those catching the sunset or walking along the coastline. The host is really friendly and always helpful.

Located within 1.3 km of Oasi Beach and 15 km of Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata, Bouca Houses features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Messini. But let’s try to write some more words about it. It is the most decorated place we’ve been to with Booking (and we’ve been to many places). The pool - infinity one, open to the view of fields, with cutest sitting area next to it. Amazing. Welcoming: waited for us next to the parking, brought us crib for our infant though we didn’t ask for. In the apartment there were cakes waiting for us. The apartment is with living room connected to a kitchen, with a sofa converted to a bed, and another room with double bed. Huge public and private areas outside the apartment. Kalamata Marina is about 20 minutes driving, and a big supermarket in 4 minutes.
