House owner is really kind and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

We were delighted to leave the house run by Maria Hanım on August 6, 2025. Maria and her family warmly welcomed us. The interior of the house was tastefully designed, with everything for guests in mind. The house was both new and clean. The balcony with the sea view was wonderful. The cats in the garden were also very sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Samos. You'll feel right at home.

I can highly recommend this beautiful lovely apartment. The warm welcome by Aleka & Maria with surprise water bottles, delicious grapes and goodies! We loved the hospitality, clean rooms and a friendly peace and quiet area. The apartment has also a huge private terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains as well as three more balconies to choose where to sit! The scenery from the whole apartment is amazing! The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes through lovely olive trees and the property has a parking space next to it if you have a car. Also when one of our AC didn't work the electrician was called and fixed it within 1 hour! We felt like home instantly and did not want to leave at all. Thank you for all your big heart and kindness as well as goodbuy-surprise -Aleka & Maria! We will definitely be back!

The place is just awesome. New, clean, everything is designed with attention to detail. Maria and others were always there to help and quickly replied us. They were professional, but also very friendly and sincere. We'd definitely stay there again if we visit Samos again!
