The house has everything you may need. Easy parking as well. Having the bbq was an extra! The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Totally worth the money

Everything in the apartment is well designed with quality in mind. 5 minutes away from the village and the most amazing views. We are a family of 3, with a toddler and we all enjoyed it to the maximum. Really worth it! (Minor detail but the decaffeinated tea was superb!)

The sea views from the property are absolutely stunning — you can enjoy them from the pool, the garden, and from the outdoor lounge area, which is beautifully set up with comfy chairs, poofs, and even an outdoor chess set. The entire villa is very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. All amenities worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the AC and Wi-Fi. The landscaping is gorgeous too, the gardens are lush and carefully looked after, adding to the sense of calm and beauty everywhere. The outdoor areas in front of the villa were a real highlight — the veranda and pool area are ideal for socializing or simply unwinding while taking in the panoramic view. Special thanks to Nora, the host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local tips that made our stay even better. Highly recommended for group of friends and families or anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Sithonia. Would love to return!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Twins house pool 2 is situated in Nikiti. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 700 metres from Nikiti Beach. Don’t let the photos or description fool you – this place is way better in real life! Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed as two families with four kids, and there was more than enough space, beds, and bathrooms for everyone. Every room has its own A/C, which made the stay super comfortable. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped – honestly, it had more appliances and utensils than I have at home! Basics like oil, salt, sugar, and even charcoal for the barbecue were already provided. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a great bakery and supermarket nearby. Nikiti Beach is just 500 meters away, but we often drove to other beaches during the day, making it a perfect walk in the evening. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

New building and very comfortable with 5 mins walk to the beach. Maria looks after you very well no ask is too big and is always available

It’s brand new, very spacious, comfortable beds, AC in every room, fully equipped ( you only need clothes 😃) pool has a jacuzzi function which was a nice surprise. 3 minutes away from an excellent supermarket and less than 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants. House is very clean and the host is really friendly and comes quickly if needed. We lost electricity one time and he came for less than 20 minutes.
