The house is in a great location, very quiet little port, and has everything needed! The host was very nice and left us coffee and some welcoming biscuits + chips. The location was absolutely superb in terms of getting around the island. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. Most importantly, the apartment was brand new and impeccably clean throughout our entire stay. We would strongly recommend staying at this property and would gladly choose it again for our next visit to the island!

FANTASTIC! Amazing aircon, stunning high ceiling, beautiful hosts who are super responsive, we adored the decor, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, re beds were new, lovely and firm. The location was perfect with gorgeous local restaurants. We had fresh bedding provided for us halfway through our stay, complimentary wine and essentials and I absolutely loved it. I could have moved in! Love the bedrooms, the Juliet balcony was superb. Bathroom was beautiful and I can’t fault the place. 11/10!

Amazing apartment, home from home. The views were amazing to wake up too. Balcony with the sunbeds was lovely and sitting outside on that balcony my friend and I could have passed many hours away. We just wished we was able to have stayed longer. Bus stop that takes you straight down to the centre and ferry port was only a few minutes walk away,so incredibly convenient. Cannot wait to return again next year with my husband

The apartment lies close to the habour front where there is a lively atmospere, but still so far that you can have a quiet time on the balcony. There is a splendid view from the terrace over the town of Symi and the harbour. Nikos picked us up at the ferry and took us back to the ferry. We very much appreciated this service !

This space was wonderful and Christina and Mrs. Fotini were lovely! Upon arrival, you are taken back by the amazing view from the home, both from inside and outside on the patio and other outdoor areas. This old home has been really nicely updated and is full of old curiosities!! The bed is comfortable and windows offer a great breeze, unless you prefer the AC. We rented both this space and the downstairs (not connected) for our family and everyone loved it. Our 9 and 11 year old's stayed downstairs and because they are pretty responsible, we were able to make that work (not recommended if you can't trust your kids). There are A LOT of stairs to get up to the house, but it really wasn't a big deal and our kids never once complained (I was shocked). If you're worried about getting your luggage to the house, you're able to get a taxi to the top of the hill and get your luggage down from the top of the hill instead. We'd love to come back!

This is a classic Symiot merchant’s house just off the kali strata. It’s exactly halfway between yialo/the harbour and chorio/the village meaning it’s perfectly located for both. The house is simply furnished, but this allows you to appreciate the architecture, the space, the view, etc. We loved it and were very comfortable. We had a few meals/all drinks/coffee on our balcony. The kitchen is basic, but useful for fry-ups (we found the best mushrooms and herbs in the market), omelette, French toast etc, when we wanted a break from eating out. and breakfasts (yoghurt, fruit, muesli, etc). The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed the space - by Greek standards, this is very spacious living with high ceilings etc. and aircon/heating in bedrooms was excellent.

The location is a steep walk up from the harbour but a local bus runs every hour and can drop you off right by the property, the walk however is well worth it for the fantastic views. Everything in the property is spotlessly clean and tidy.

Symi as usual is beautiful. This is our 7th visit to the island. We love it , despite the day trippers to the port between 11 and 4 to be avoided. We hire a scooter or taxi ferry and go yo quiet beaches. Symiland Villa is a spacious, very comfortable modern (unusual on Symi) Villa home with airco two bathrooms, well equipped modern kitchen, and living and dining areas, two separate balconies plus a large covered terrace ideal for outdoor eating and sitting. It is 5 mins. walk from the harbour up a slope and some steps- not too Extreme for Symi. Perfect quieter authentic town location but just a bit away- good. It also has very lovely town and landscape views of Symi. Ideal for a relaxing family stay. Highly recommended. The ladies including Maria at Symi Holidays office were also helpful. Eleni and Marianatha also helped book a taxi from The ferry on returning to Rhodes yo our hotel there. Recommended from the Dodekanese Skiadani ferry as taxis are limited at that location.
