There is a beach close by, but it is small, so if you have a car, I recommend exploring the island and visiting the beautiful beaches you can reach by boat.

El Athenea Villas, Private Pools & Gardens es un complejo tradicional de estilo jónico situado a solo 500 metros de la playa. Very nice location on top of a cliff with a great view on the ocean. The apartment was very spacious, clean and lovely decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. The private pool and terrace were just marvellous. We loved everything about it, but most of all the sweetest host you can think of! Athina was very, very kind and helpful, we had a small medical problem and she was so responsive and helpful every time, even late in the evening. We felt very welcome and can only recommend this place. We would definitely come again!

To say that it is beautiful and comfortable place it is like say nothing. The Villa was beyond our expectations and the atmosphere of the stay was like you visited friends. It is because of the owners that welcome you like we know each others from year. They are very helpful with all information regarding neighbourhood or even total island. I visited many places in my life on almost all continents but tears in my kids eyes when we were leaving say everything. I fully recommend this place to have real greek beautiful holidays and time that will stay in your mind forever. Thank you for all :))
